Unicredit and sindacati of credit have reached an agreement on the achievement award 2020. In all, 770 euros in cash or one thousand euros in the form of corporate welfare: the choice is up to the individual worker. To this sum are added 88,70 € company contribution to cover the policy for dental care.
"It is undoubtedly a very important result - comments the national secretary of First Cisl, Pierpaolo Merlini - which came to the end of a complex negotiation and a year strongly marked by the pandemic, which saw workers in the banking sector in the front row".
Two other agreements were signed together with the agreement on the performance bonus. With the first two days of paid leave are added to parents with children up to 14 years of age due to school problems related to Covid. The second, on the other hand, recognizes a contribution to the Group Pension Fund paid by the company equal to 4% from the first month of hiring, regardless of the moment in which the actual membership takes place during the first six months of hiring.
According to Rosario Mingoia, secretary in charge of Uilca Unicredit, "despite the presence of negative balance sheet data, the contribution of all workers who have not shirked their duty in this year of the pandemic has been valued".
