This is a milestone that will allow us to further strengthen our proximity to the territories in a socially responsible way and encourage an important generational turnover, also in view of the new digital investments that await us, in line with the recovery objectives set out in the UniCredit Unlocked plan ”.

“The agreement fits into the framework of a strategic plan that aims at strengthening of the physical network to bring the bank closer to the territory and families - comments the national secretary of First Cisl Pierpaolo Merlini - The relationship between income and expenditure is among the most favorable in the sector and demonstrates the importance of good industrial relations for a group that is changing its organization and its corporate philosophy . The union - concludes Merlini - is ready to play its part in this new phase if relations continue to be based on strategic sharing and the enhancement of the skills of workers ".

The banking union Fabi on the other hand, he stresses that “with 1.200 exoduses and 725 entries, a percentage of coverage of terminations of service equal to 60%, never achieved so far in the banking sector, is reached. Another 780 hires from the previous Team 23 industrial plan remain to be completed, "and have been confirmed", continues the union.
