The framework agreement between was renewed until April 2024 Unicredit and the ITS Italy Network, the national association of Higher Technological Institutes, to which 99 Foundations throughout Italy adhere. The agreement aims to strengthen the post-diploma professionalizing training offer, supporting and integrating the activities of the ITS in the territories. 

What the agreement between Unicredit and Rete Its Italy provides

In particular, the collaboration will focus on the issues of training and orientation to work and entrepreneurship and establish the organization ofthe training events to promote awareness of ITS among entrepreneurs and companies and create opportunities for students to meet with companies in their area. They will also be organized vertical meetings to learn more about the opportunities brought by the Pnrr.

Thanks to this agreement, “UniCredit intends to provide a concrete and timely support to the ITS Foundations who operate in areas considered priorities for the development and competitiveness of the country of Italy, without forgetting that this agreement constitutes a further and incisive opportunity for contact with the whole varied Non-Profit world, a world to which the 99 Foundations also belong", he says the bank in a note.

“The renewal of the agreement with the ITS Italy Network Association – he commented Stefano Gallo, head of Territorial Development of Unicredit – confirms the Unicredit group's commitment to the world of training, closely linked to the renewal of development models. In detecting for some time now a growing demand from the industrial sector for human capital, which has now become the main element of innovation in all production processes, we believe that investment in ITS constitutes a concrete and targeted response.

"The Agreement signed with the ITS Italy Network Association - continues the manager - will go in two directions: it will allow us to offer a direct contribution to the Foundations with consultancy and financial support for structural and technological investments and will allow us to be close to the students through “training webinars” in the topics that are most specific to us.”

"The areas of collaboration on which the Unicredit - ITS System Agreement develops form the basis of a partnership of a national nature, in line with the government interventions envisaged in the ITS reform of July 2022 and currently being adopted - saido Guido Torrielli, president of the ITS Italy Network – For Institutes, the operating instructions implementing the Ministerial Decree of 20 November 2022 were recently published for the use of the first tranche of funds provided for by the PNRR for a total of around 1,5 billion euros. The resources are primarily aimed at strengthening the laboratories and teaching structures for the expansion of the training offer and the creation of new courses”.
