Unicredit, mortgage for judicial auctions: after private individuals also companies

Unicredit Credit Management Bank (UCCMB) launches the first banking product created ad hoc to support companies wishing to invest in the purchase of a property at auction: "Mutuo in Asta Imprese". After the success achieved with the "Mutuo in Asta" dedicated to individuals, the mortgage for companies was born, which guarantees the necessary financial availability to be able to buy a property at auction and aim to grow one's business.

Uccmb's goal is always to expand participation in judicial auctions and allow companies to seize new opportunities and advantageous opportunities to win a non-residential property at auction: a shed, a commercial space or new offices. The purpose of the product is to open up, from today also to companies, the circuits of judicial sales with an offer of properties at very convenient prices.

Great news for those who want to invest in their business by discovering new purchasing channels. All this will allow entrepreneurs to access the mortgage quickly, to participate in the auction with the certainty of financing and thus obviating the lengthy preliminary investigations, often incompatible with the times dictated by the market and judicial procedures. Thanks to Uccmb, the judicial auction market finally opens up to businesses as well as private individuals, thus escaping the exclusive interest of speculators in favor of transparency and simplification.

“Enterprise is the engine of the economy and SMEs, which most frequently suffer from a lack of liquidity, represent as much as 98% of the national entrepreneurial fabric, producing more than 70% of the GDP - says Dino Crivellari, CEO of UCCMB - Supporting them through new forms of financing capable of opening up new opportunities for growth and development is of primary importance for the real economy. Long-term investments are, in fact, essential to stimulate development and get the country back on track".

The new product is completed with a series of integrated services to support mortgage credit recovery activities such as “Vivacizzazione delle aste” and “Ti Accompagno all'Asta”. These two services, created in collaboration with UCCMI (a subsidiary of UniCredit Credit Management Bank) offer interested entrepreneurs constant information on judicial sales and specialist assistance in all phases before and after the auction, simplifying access to this world.
