Unicredit has appointed Andrea Maffezzoni as head of strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Maffezzoni will report to Jean Pierre Mustier, Group Chief Executive Officer, and his role will include support in strategy definition, development and implementation.
Maffezzoni, since 1998 in Unicredit and currently head of business development and strategic partnerships, after having held various positions within the group, c 2017.
