Unicredit has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for the working conditions offered to employees. The annual research, conducted by the Top Employers Institute certifies the best companies in the world in the HR field: those that offer the best working conditions, that train and develop talent at every corporate level and that constantly strive to enhance and optimize their Best Practice in the field of Human Resources.
Unicredit obtained this recognition thanks to the Top Employers 2018 local certification achieved in five European countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy and Russia.
The Top Employers certification is issued to awarded companies following a research process and the achievement of the high standards required. To guarantee the validity of the system, all answers are subjected to an independent review demonstrating that the working conditions implemented by UniCredit have been carefully verified, and have thus allowed the bank to be part of a selected group of Top Employers certified companies .
