Unicredit launches an initiative for the corporate welfare of SMEs

Unicredit launches Unicredit Welfare, a new initiative designed for the bank's SME customers, which also allows less structured companies to manage welfare offers for their employees.

The result of a collaboration with Jointly, a company that provides corporate welfare solutions, Unicredit Welfare also addresses small and medium-sized companies with a distinctive offer, for which structured welfare solutions are too costly and complex to implement.

Thanks to UniCredit Welfare, SMEs will be able to manage the disbursement of welfare contributions to their employees, in a simple way and with zero administrative complexity, while guaranteeing the widest choice of spendability of the contributions.

In particular, with UniCredit welfare, companies will be able to offer their employees access to two types of benefits:

  • Jointly's welfare services: a wide national network of welfare services (from tourist experiences to medical visits, from language courses to cinema and museum subscriptions, from looking for a caregiver to baby sitting), where you can make purchases and spend any prizes, bonuses and credits welfare envisaged by the CCNL of reference, as well as exclusive conditions for the purchase of products of prestigious brands.
  • The UniCredit "Benefit Pack".: which offers advantageous conditions on some of the main products and services in the UniCredit catalogue, such as personal loans, credit lines and mortgage loans.

Within the first week of April, Unicredit Welfare will be available at all Unicredit agencies in Italy. If interested, UniCredit business customers can contact their branch, which will register the service activation request with Jointly. Once the platform access credentials have been received from the latter, the company will be autonomous in distributing access, bonuses and welfare credits to its employees.
