Unicredit launches the Graduate Program Impact

Applications for the second edition of the Graduate Program Impact, created by UniCredit specifically for the Italian market, opened on XNUMXst September. The target is recent graduates with an international profile, excellent academic background and previous internship and/or work experience.

The participants, immediately hired on permanent contracts, will be included in a structured growth program which includes 3 cycles of job rotation, each lasting 8 months, in various sectors of the bank, at the end of which they will be included in the position defined during the selection.

The Graduate Program Impact, part of the recruitment plan for 800 young people defined for the next two years, is the opportunity that UniCredit offers to the best and brightest new graduates: an innovative way of entering which includes job rotation, on/ off-the-job, networking activities and much more.

Over the course of 24 months, candidates will be able to build an individualized path within UniCredit through which to get to know the various business areas of the bank and thus acquire different and complementary skills and competencies. “Last year with the Graduate Program Impact – says Ivan Tardivo, Head of Executive Development and Compensation of UniCredit – 18 young graduates were hired, with permanent contracts. This year, given the success of the initiative and the high professional depth given by the selection criteria, we have decided to expand the available positions to 24. The first common rotation for all profiles is within the commercial network, while the second and third rotations are diversified according to the position for which the candidates will be destined”.

Until 21 September, it will be possible to send your application through the dedicated section of the website www.unicreditgroup.eu/Impact, where specific contents of the programme, requirements, selection methods and various testimonials can be consulted.
