Unicredit launches Cordusio Sim for wealth management

Having obtained the authorizations from Consob and the Bank of Italy and following the sale by UniCredit of the wealth management business unit, Cordusio Sim spa, UniCredit's wealth management company, was born as of today 2016 November XNUMX.

The group, underlines a press release, thus strengthens its positioning in the 'ultra high net worth individuals' segment, offering "a highly specialized service model" to customers with assets exceeding 5 million euro.

The company, led by the managing director Paolo Langè, currently serves around 3.500 families throughout Italy, thanks to a team of over 100 bankers, 50 team assistants, 20 financial advisory specialists distributed in 21 of the main Italian cities.

Cordusio's investment management, made up of over 60 professionals, also provides an independent reading of market dynamics and suggests solutions to seize investment opportunities. In addition to highly specialized investment advice, Cordusio offers corporate advisory services, in collaboration with UniCredit's Corporate and Investment Banking division, and advice also in areas that are not strictly financial, such as real estate, art and collecting, generational handovers, assets protection and philanthropy. It currently manages assets of over 23 billion euros, with "important growth objectives for the next three years".
