Unicredit has subscribed to a 7 million euro bond loan issued by Mv Line, a company of the Apulian group MV Line Group, leading company in Italy in the production of mosquito nets and filtering and darkening systems against insects for the building industry. The minibond, with a duration of 5 years, is aimed at supporting the growth and international development strategies of the company, which has already been present for some years in Spain (Valencia). In particular, the issue underwritten by Unicredit, the company's reference partner in capital market transactions, will make it possible to implement the Group's foreign expansion plans, especially towards the following target markets: France, Germany and Benelux.
Over the course of over 25 years of history, the MV Line brand – which owns the companies MV Line SpA, BBCSpA, MV Spagna SL MV Living Srl and MV Abithal Srl – has progressively established itself nationally and internationally thanks to considerable organizational growth and high technology and design products, the result of a constant Research & Development activity. The Mv Line Group it has about 450 employees and is currently in a phase of great commercial expansion: in the last 3 years the turnover has grown significantly, to the point of exceeding the threshold of 70 million euros.
