Unicredit and Ubi: S&P confirms rating and outlook

The American agency confirmed Unicredit's long-term 'BBB' and short-term 'A2' ratings – No changes even for Ubi's long-term and short-term ratings, at BBB-/A-3 – Stable outlook for both the institutes

The rating agency S&P Global Ratings confirmed the ratings of Unicredit SpA to 'BBB' in the long term and 'A2' in the short term. The Bank communicates it in a note, specifying that the current "stable" outlook will not undergo changes. The issue rating was also confirmed.

The long and short term ratings of UniCredit Leasing have been confirmed at 'BBB/A-2'. The outlook has been revised to stable (from negative). At the issuer's request, the ratings were withdrawn.

S&P Global Ratings confirmed the long and short term ratings also of Ubi to BBB-/A-3 with Outlook Stable. This was announced by the banking group, explaining that the confirmation comes from the annual rating review.
