After the authorization granted by the Bank of Italy, Unicredit has made available to the public some documents relating to the partial demerger of the 'Business no-core' branch of Unicredit Credit Management Bank (Uccmb) and the related business branch to the real estate compendium deriving from the former Capitalia operations of Uccmb in favor of Unicredit.
In particular, according to a note, the demerger projects and the half-yearly financial reports as at 30 June have been made available to the public, which summarize the balance sheets of the companies included in these operations.
