Unicredit: digital school for the South with Experis

Training new digital professionals, with particular attention to the South: this is the mission of Three School, the course promoted by Unicredit and Experis and intended for a thousand young Sicilians and the South. The students will come formats for free and they will have access to just as many job opportunities over the next three years. It starts on 3 June in the Catania hub: the project is focused on training for a sector where there are jobs and, indeed, the mismatch between supply and demand is now full-blown. The Unioncamere Excelsior report on the forecasts of employment needs for 2019-2023 estimates that companies and public administrations will be looking for between 270.000 and 300.000 workers in Italy with specific mathematical and computer skills, digital or related to the "Industry 4.0" area.

Strategic partners of the initiative are Experis, a ManpowerGroup brand, leader in 50 countries in Personnel Search and Selection, Career & Skills Development, Consulting and Project Solutions, and Unicredit through its Social Impact Banking programme. The total value of the investment is 3,1 million euros. “We are strongly committed – comments Salvatore Malandrino, Regional Manager Sicily of Unicredit – to support our communities and promising businesses capable of having a wider positive social impact. Specialist training will play an increasingly central role for businesses, which are committed to restarting and which, in many cases, will have to adapt to the changes, already equipping themselves now to face a completely new world".
