Unicredit announces that it has successfully completed the sale to institutional investors of 4% of Erg's share capital (equal to 6.012.800 ordinary shares) at the price of 18,60 euros per share. The settlement of the transaction is expected on 13 April 2018. The total consideration was approximately 111,84 million euro.
Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking acted as joint bookrunners of the Offer. With this transaction, UniCredit completes the process started with the investment in ERG Renew SpA in 2014.
