Unicredit announces the disposal of a maxi portfolio of real estate assets with a gross value of 1,5 billion euros. The operation is based on an agreement reached between the company of the Unicredit Subito Casa group and the partners Sistemia, Yard and It Auction and provides for the marketing and enhancement of the repossessed real estate assets, deriving from terminated leasing contracts and returned to the availability of Unicredit Leasing in Italy.

The four operators, explains the bank in a press release, were identified through an in-depth selection involving the best players in the B2B real estate sector, evaluated on the basis of the characteristics of promotion, speeding up and enhancement of the assets offered for sale.

The portfolio includes properties of various types: industrial, commercial, offices, tourism and residential for a value, gross of adjustments, of around 1,5 billion euro.

The promotion, valorisation and sale of the repossessed real estate assets are part of UniCredit Leasing's current strategy for the sale of non-core assets, aimed at reducing NPE contracts deriving from finance lease contracts.
