The banking group has announced the sale of a portfolio of unsecured and non-performing loans deriving from consumer credit agreements, personal loans and current account overdrafts to Pra Group Europe

In fact, the banking group announced that it had reached a agreement with Pra Group Europe (Pra) for the non-recourse assignment of a portfolio of unsecured and non-performing loans deriving from consumer credit agreements, personal loans and current account overdrafts.

The bank specified that the receivables transferred to Pra derive from loan agreements governed by Italian law for an amount of approximately 625 million euro, gross of value adjustments, and with a "coverage" higher than 85%. The institute led by Federico Ghizzoni also communicated that the economic-financial impact of the same will be recorded in the first half-year of 2015.
