Unicredit-Bei, 230 million agreement for Italian SMEs

Unicredit last Friday signed four agreements with the European Investment Bank for medium-long term loans to Italian companies for a total of 230 million euros. The agreements, according to what the Piazza Cordusio institute explains in a press release, are in addition to those stipulated last June for an amount of 580 million.

“The new initiative – continues the press release – further consolidates the profitable relations between the EIB and Unicredit to continue to support the Italian production system. There are two new ceilings made available by the EIB: the first, intended for financing for Mid-Caps (200 million), adds to the one already fully used of 50 million and signed last June; the second, of 30 million, is intended for small, medium and mid-cap companies adhering to network contracts”.
