Will Marion Hoellinger the new managing director of HypoVereinsbank Unicredit e HypoVereinsbank, happening to Michael Diederich who will become Deputy Chief Executive Officer and CFO of FC Bayern Munich.
The appointment of Marion Hoellinger will be effective from the first March 2023 and, pending approval by the supervisory authorities, Michael Diederich will become a member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank AG (HypoVereinsbank). Diederich assumed the role of CEO in 2018 after having been at the bank since 1996 and joining the board of directors in 2015.
Hoellinger for over 30 years in Unicredit with great leadership skills and achievement of objectives
Hoellinger works at Unicredit Bank AG for more than 30 years and from the 2021 is member of the management board. She was also recently responsible for the German business of Retail and Private & Wealth management within the bank, continuing the introduction of the omnichannel approach and promoting the growth strategy of the segment, says a note from Unicredit.
