Unicredit and Cna: 8 webinars to support businesses

Unicredit and CNA, the National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises, organized a virtual meeting in Turin on 2 October, within which “COVID 19: Credit and Facilitated Finance SMEs” was launched, a cycle of eight webinars for comparison between banks, businesses and professionals aimed at illustrating the national, regional and European measures to support Italian companies, as well as the bank's response to entrepreneurs, following the Covid-19 crisis.

The virtual event was attended by Remo Taricani, co-CEO of Commercial Banking Italy Unicredit, Daniele Vaccarino, President of CNA, Mario Pagani, national manager of Industrial Policies, CNA, Patrick Beriotto, director of Marketing and Communication, Warrant Hub and Fabrizio Simonini, regional manager of North West of Unicredit.

The other stages of the webinar will be: on 8th October in Sicily, on 14th October in the North East, on 21st October in Lombardy, on 22nd October in southern Italy, on 27th October in Emilia Romagna, on 29th October in Tuscany , Marche and Umbria.

"This cycle of webinars, which will touch the whole national territory, arises from the need to create a process of discussion with companies in this phase in which it is important to understand the various technical aspects for accessing financial measures to support businesses and identify which levers to activate and in which ways”, Unicredit explains in a note.

We remind you that Unicredit and Cna recently signed an agreement which plans to support companies that intend to take advantage of the "Superbonus 110%" introduced by the Relaunch Decree.

“With this cycle of appointments – he said Remo Taricani, co-CEO of Unicredit's Commercial Banking Italy – we want to take the opportunity for an in-depth reflection on the credit and subsidized finance instruments in support of SMEs, the backbone of the Italian entrepreneurial fabric. An 8-step process to support the restart through listening, dialogue and pooling knowledge and skills".

The President of CNA Daniel Vaccarino he declared: “CNA and UniCredit have shared the need to take stock after the compulsive production of interventions and measures to support our economy to face the difficulties generated by the epidemic, in particular on the ecobonus. We felt the need to try to put these interventions in order, and to present companies with a picture that was as complete as possible, to allow them to verify whether they have seized all the opportunities presented and, above all, whether there is room for optimizing their financial position".
