Unicredit: the eighth edition of the program dedicated to the best recent graduates is underway

The eighth edition of theImpact Group Graduate Program of Unicredit: a job rotation path, on and off the job training, networking activities and more in various company areas dedicated to the best recent graduates on the market at an international level, from any academic background. There are 300 impacters hired, in the 8 edition of the program, in more than five countries of the group Unicredit

From the first day, and for the next thirty months, the new impacters will be followed and supported with dedicated training and development initiatives, they will participate in the onboarding Campuses - a path of activities dedicated to the introduction of the impacters, to group knowledge, to sharing values, team building, and meeting with the various leaders in the group and will be part of the Impact Graduate Community, with initiatives by exclusive networks.

BUSINESS, DIGITAL INNOVATION, GOVERNANCE AND STRATEGY: THE 3 MACRO AREAS FOR NEW HIRES

I new hires impacters will be involved in cross-functional rotations in the first 12 months, aimed at acquiring different skills in 3 macro-areas of the Group: Business, Digital&Innovation, Governance&Strategy. They will then undertake a Career jumpstarti.e. the first long-term (18 months) national or international position will be chosen by them.
