The issue of the flexibility of the Stability Pact will only be dealt with in the autumn, on the occasion of the presentation of the state budget plans. This is stated by some sources inside the Eurogroup, thus removing the possibility of very short-term decisions on the margins of maneuver in the implementation of the European budgetary rules.
