Speaking on the sidelines of the Eurogroup, the Economy Minister defined Italy's public finance as one of the most sustainable in the EU – "We must continue to reduce the tax burden".
“Italian public finance is among the most sustainable in the EU”. This was said by Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan at the end of the Eurogroup.
“The tax burden in Italy – added the minister – is very high, we must continue to reduce it compatibly with the budget spaces that the country has available”, or moving within the constraints established by the European Union.
