The largest exporter is confirmed by Germany, which confirmed a positive balance of 201 billion, followed by Holland with 57,5 billion and then by Italy. The largest deficit, however, is that of Great Britain with 121 billion, followed by France with a deficit of 67,5 billion and then Spain with -23 billion.

The trade balance of the Eurozone is improving, reaching a record surplus of 2014 billion in 195, compared to 152 billion in 2013. In the month of December alone, the foreign trade balance was positive by 24,3 billion compared to 13,6 billion in December 2013.

On the other hand, the drop in trade with Russia weighs heavily on the balance sheet of the 28-state Europe, also due to the sanctions implemented in the summer.
