Una Christmas truce of the hostility, the beginning of a possible peace negotiation for thebattered Ukraine. The Municipality of Capua is the first to vote for a document for the truce. The City Council has endorsed a motion promoted by the Agesci Scouts of Movement Adult Italian Catholic Scouts. The document is on the agenda of the city council on Friday 16 December. Pacifist Movement: Peace is possible at Christmas

Winter is aggravating the humanitarian tragedy. Anyone can condemn the invasion and demand the restoration of international law, the withdrawal of troops and the protection of civilians. It is necessary to create channels of dialogue to prevent the war does not turn into an even more accentuated arms race and a consequent involvement of theEurope and Italy in the conflict.
The truce as the beginning of a real negotiation
On the other hand we read “the consensus around the Russian government slowly begins to crumble. May it become our commitment to also support Ukrainian pacifists so that their positions favor dialogue and the peaceful solution of the conflict".
