Meanwhile, UBS has closed a legal dispute with the US Federal Housing Finance Agency regarding an investigation into toxic real estate loans. The cost of the agreement has not been specified: in the quarterly financial statements, the item relating to charges for litigation, write-downs and other provisions amounts to a total of 865 million francs.
