Where's Banca yesterday signed the purchase agreement for the purchase of 100% of the share capital of Nuova Banca delle Marche, Nuova Banca dell'Etruria e del Lazio and Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Chieti following the offer presented by Ubi Banca last 11 January.
Terms and conditions of the operation have already been explained in the January 12 press release. The completion of the transaction is tentatively expected in the first half of 2017, once the necessary conditions have been met and the required authorizations have been obtained.
