Bergamo prosecutor Fabio Pelosi insisted on the request for indictment for 31 defendants (30 natural persons and the same bank) in the Ubi case.
Among the people for whom, during the preliminary hearing, the Public Prosecutor's Office requested a trial are the banker Giovanni Bazoli and the managing director Victor Massiah.
The allegations are of obstruction of the supervisory bodies and of alleged illegal interference in view of the formation of the 2013 assembly.
According to the prosecutors, there would have been alleged shareholders' agreements to influence the group's decisions.
