The shareholders of Where's Banca which they signed on 19 September the consultation pact Car have had confirmation that the pact itself has been effective since 27 January.
The Bank of Italy - in agreement with the competent structures of the European Central Bank - communicated that the ECB "will not carry out the authorization procedure for the acquisition of qualified shareholdings as - reads the Ubi note - the current composition of the shareholding adhering to the agreement does not assume relevance".
The CAR includes a series of institutional and industrial shareholders of Ubi Banca: in all, approximately the 18% of capital. here's the list: Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo Foundation, Banca del Monte di Lombardia Foundation, Polifin Spa and the Bosatelli Family, Next Investment Srl (Bombassei Family), P4P Int and the Pilenga Family, Radici Group and the Gianni Radici Family, Scame Spa and the Andreoletti Family and Upifra SA (Beretta family).
