Uber's board of directors met to evaluate the recommendations of the investigation conducted by the former Minister of JusticeEric Holder. The American press reports it.
During the meeting, which lasted more than six hours, a series of innovations were approved and the possibility of an expectation for CEO Travis Kalanick and her separation from Emil Michael, one of the managers of the company. Uber is also considering adding Wang Ling Martello, executive vice president of Nestle, to the board of directors.
