With this "criminal" behavior - according to the indictment - he would have caused damage of 140 million euros to Naftogaz, the national energy company. “This sentence will not change my life or my struggle – said Tymoshenko after the sentence -. It was a prefabricated judgment ”. According to the former prime minister and opposition leader, the whole process was a frame-up organized by the current president Viktor Yanukovych to remove her from politics.
