The suitors in the court of Twitter they only increase. After Google, Verizon e MicrosoftDisney has also joined the list of groups interested in acquiring the microblogging platform. According to rumors reported by Bloomberg, the Mickey Mouse company would be interested in strengthening itself on the network, given its absence from social networks.

After all, the two companies are already connected at a managerial level, given that the founder and current CEO of Twitter sits on the Disney board of directors, Jack Dorsey.

Not only that: the interest in Twitter would also be triggered in Salesforce, an American company that deals with cloud computing and which recently tried unsuccessfully to acquire Linkedin, which then went to the giant Microsoft.

As for the financial aspect of the operation, Twitter aims to cash in at least 30 billion dollars, while analysts' assessments do not exceed quota 18 billion, given the accounts in the red and the recent difficulties in user growth.

According to rumors, the sale agreement could be signed in the next 30-45 days.

On Friday 23 September, when CNBC released the indiscretion on the talks already underway with Salesforce and Alphabet-Google, the stock on the stock exchange of Twitter soared 23%. Twitter is currently capitalized on the stock exchange 15,5 billion dollars, 2,5 billion more than when the latest rumors about the sale of the group began to circulate.
