Sportitalia's television channels end up in the hands of the Roman group Lt Multimedia, publisher of the Leonardo, Marcopolo and Nuvolari channels, visible both on digital terrestrial and on the Sky platform. Radiocor learns it from financial sources.

This morning the auction was held to award the television assets of the former Interactive Group, which went bankrupt in December under the name of Maroncelli 9. At the end of the auction, the bankruptcy trustee Vito Potenza awarded the television production assets to Lt Multimedia , which therefore becomes the owner above all of the three channels currently occupied by Sportitalia (60-61-62).

However, the Sportitalia brand was not sold, as it does not belong to the company involved in the proceeding. The TV assets of Maroncelli 9 have merged into the Edb group which employs around 50 people.

Lt Multimedia, formerly Sitcom, is a Roman publisher led by CEO Valter La Tona, active both in the television sector (with the Nuvolari, Arturo, Alice, Marcopolo and Alice channels) and in magazines with the monthly Marcopolo, Case & Stili and Alice Kitchen.
