Turin Industrial Union formed the Credit, Finance and Insurance Group. The new product group was officially formed during the founding assembly held on Thursday 15 July.
The Credit, Finance and Insurance Group brings together over forty companies, including banks, advisors, insurance companies, brokers, SIMs, asset management companies and financial companies, which represent crucial sectors for the economic development of the area. Also among the founders over ten major lenders operating in the area, an absolute novelty for the Turin Industrial Union, which in the past had never had banks among its members.
The goals of the new Group
The new Group aims to support associated companies in relations with institutions, economic, political, trade union organizations and other components of society. It undertakes to understand the needs of businesses and the territory in order to promote and propose projects related to the financial world, such as business growth, asset strengthening and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
The Credit, Finance and Insurance Group aims at strengthen and consolidate ties between the more than two thousand associated companies and the financial system. This includes the promotion of an integrated vision between the various product sectors represented. This offers an opportunity to present oneself in a cohesive way to institutional interlocutors, manage the resources of the Structural Funds and share projects that favor the growth and competitiveness of businesses, the digital transition and sustainability.
Define the composition of the corporate offices
During the first assembly they were define the corporate offices. Erica Azzoaglio of Banco Di Credito P. Azzoaglio was appointed president, while Stefano Cappellari of Intesa Sanpaolo and Alberto Plant of Marsh spa have been nominated Vice-Presidents.
The aother board members include Giuseppe Aimi of Bper Banca, Adriano Celenza of Tis The Insurance Service Srl, Paolo Careddu of Banca Ifis, Gian Enrico Plevna of Adb Corporate Advisory Srl, Giancarlo Poletto of Banca Del Piemonte, Umberto Pratis of Praker International Insurance Broker Srl, Luca Proietti of P&R Broker, Federico Tiribocchi of Aon Spa and Marco Alessandro Tringali of Assiteca Spa.
