Trump: US judge cancels entry bans

Justice will take care of stopping Donald Trump. A US judge temporarily halted the now famous Muslim Ban on a national basis, with which the US president introduced restrictions on the entry of citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries.

After the international controversies and the requests for measures from Washington and Minnesota, James Robart, a Seattle judge, took care of issuing a restrictive injunction against the ban.

Trump, as expected, didn't take it too well. The White House has already reaffirmed its willingness to defend the executive order issued on January 27 "which, we are convinced, is legal and appropriate". The Justice Department is therefore preparing to file an appeal.

But the US president preferred to use his favorite social network to express his anger: "The opinion of this so-called judge, who essentially deprives our country of legality, is ridiculous and will be overturned".

And again: “When a country is no longer able to say who can and who cannot enter and exit, especially for security reasons, it is a big problem,” wrote the president.

Despite the opposition of the president, following the temporary blocking of the provision established by the federal judge, the State Department annulled the cancellation of visas for entry to the United States which it had put into practice after the signing of the executive order. The US Department of Homeland Security will therefore not require airlines to stop passengers with visas.
