Triboo Media has taken over Hedume Sri and, consequently, its most valuable assets, among which Studentville.it stands out. The acquisition, carried out through the subsidiary Html.it, is announced in a statement released by the company specialized in online advertising and listed on the Aim Italia market.
The flagship of the operation, as mentioned, is the Studentville.it portal, founded in 2007 by Luca Siciliano and Giuseppe Schipani and which over the years has become a real online reference point for Italian students, so much so that it million visits for over two million page views per month.
Thanks to this acquisition, Triboo Media strengthens its position of strength with regard to the youth audience: "This operation - comments the CEO of the subsidiary Html.it, Massimiliano Valente - allows us to further expand our editorial offer on the fundamental target of young people between the ages of 18 and 24, further enriching our proprietary network, which only saw the entry of the financial site Wall Street Italia in November”.
The news of the transaction received a positive reception in Piazza Affari, where Triboo Media shares advanced by more than 1% by mid-morning.
