In the first nine months of 2019, the number of passengers traveling on regional trains increased by 2,8%. Translated into figures, we are talking about more than 10 million people.

The latest public opinion poll, commissioned by Trenitalia to an external company, records increasing results also for: cleanliness (75,5% approval, +3,1), comfort (87,5%, +2,7), punctuality (79,2%, +2,2), stay on board (88,8%, +1,9), information on board the train (84,4%, +1,8) and security (83,5%, +1,5).
