Rome-Milan trains: new Frecciarossa arriving at midnight

Trenitalia has announced the introduction of two new routes on weekdays: the Frecciarossa 9662 departing from Rome at 21.00 with destination Milan and the Frecciarossa 9665 departing from Milan at 21.00 with destination Rome Termini, both arriving at 23.55 without intermediate stops.

Trenitalia increases the number of Frecciarossa trains between Rome and Milan: the company has announced the introduction of two new journeys on weekdays to allow users to extend their stay in the two cities and return by midnight. Furthermore, a new connection between Bologna and Rome allows you to reach the capital at 8.29 and another from Reggio Emilia AV, operational from 29 April, will allow you to arrive in Milan at 7.45.

The new services, up to now operating only on Sundays and now for the entire week, are the Frecciarossa 9662 departing from Rome at 21.00 with destination Milan and the Frecciarossa 9665 departing from Milan at 21.00 with destination Rome Termini, both arriving at 23.55 without intermediate stops.

A further novelty concerns the new Bologna Centrale stop, at 6.33, of the Frecciarossa 9695 Milano – Salerno departing from the Lombard capital early in the morning at 5.30, arriving at Roma Termini at 8.29 and continuing to Naples Afragola (9.32) and arriving in Salerno at 10.04.

From 29 April, moreover, the Frecciarossa 6.54 will stop at the Reggio Emilia AV station at 9594, allowing customers from Reggio Emilia to arrive at Milano Centrale at 7.45. The train originates from Florence SM Novella with departure at 5.55, stopping in Bologna at 6.30. The offer can be purchased on the Trenitalia sales channels.
