With the green light for travel between Regions, the number of trains available to citizens will increase from 3 June who will therefore be able to take advantage of more regional journeys, but also more Arrows to move around the national territory.

Trenitalia has in fact strengthened its offer. In total travelers can count on 80 arrows, 48 intercity trains and 4653 regional routes across the country. In the metropolitan areas and on the most used lines, the company says, the offer will reach "100% of the pre-Covid one and even exceed it in terms of capacity, thanks to the use of trains with more carriages and more seats".

Trenitalia also reminds you that the summer offer will also start from 14 June, with tickets already purchasable on all the company's sales systems. As far as high speed is concerned, the routes already on sale include the connections between Turin, Milan, Rome, Naples and Salerno, and the new Frecciarossa route between Turin – Reggio Calabria. Expanded connections to and from the entire Adriatic coast, from Romagna to Salento. 

Added to these are the Intercity lines, which from 48 will become 90, with 76 Intercity day and 14 night in circulation from north to south Italy, along both the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic coasts, as well as the restored direct connection between Genoa and Fiumicino Airport.

Finally, regarding regional trains, journeys will increase by 20% in the first two weeks of June.
