Intesa Sanpaolo signed a new agreement with Confindustria Hotels to further support the tourism sector. The renewed collaboration includes one allocation of 2 billion of euros for support businesses in enhancing and raising the quality of hospitality.

Projects within the scope of the objectives of the new Enterprise Revolving Fund

The agreement is directed, in particular, to companies who will present projects in line with the objectiveand Revolving Business Fund (FRI-Tur to support businesses and investments in tourism) just activated since Ministry of Tourism. The new tool is accessible from 30 January on the Invitalia web platform, with the possibility of sending applications for admission to the call starting from XNUMX March.

THEagreement between Intesa Sanpaolo and Confindustria Alberghi is proposed to accompany businesses of retraining and in'increase in the quality standards of Italian accommodation facilities, according to the principles of environmental sustainability , digitization of the service model, with dedicated tools made available by the bank, in order to promote a leap in quality of the national tourist offer and consequently attract greater tourist flows.

Il support is addressed, in fact, to companies that they want invest in sustainability, digitization, energy and anti-seismic requalification of accommodation facilities, elimination of architectural barriers, extraordinary maintenance, construction of thermal pools, purchase or renewal of furnishings.

Next to the direct contributions at the expense from Ministry of Tourism and loan subsidized by CDP thecombined with a bank loan of the same amount and duration disbursed by a bank which, such as Intesa Sanpaolo, has adhered to the relative one Agreement between the Ministry of Tourism and ABI.
