In the first half, the company achieved consolidated operating revenues of 54,93 million (+4,6%), an Ebitda up by 14,6% to 11,46 million, with an increase also in the incidence on operating revenues, which 19,1% to 20,9% as at 30 June 2016. The Group's net profit for the period fell to 2,94 million from 3,37 million as at 30 June 2015, with a drop of -12,8%, due to the non-recurring capital gain recognized in the first half of 2015 following the sale of the shares of Aeroporto di Firenze SpA and the related tax effect, net of which the consolidated net profit of the Group would have increased by 978 thousand euros (+50%). Consolidated net financial debt as at 30 June 2016 amounted to €34,9 million (€12,74 million as at 31 December 2015 and €32,52 million as at 30 June 2015). Debt/Equity ratio of 0,33.
