Tlc: Hera Group and Ascopiave complete the acquisition of 92% of Asco Tlc

The two companies had been awarded the procedure launched by Asco Holding for the sale of 92% of the shares of Asco Tlc. A multi-regional operator will be created from the merger by incorporation of Asco into Acantho (Hera).

Il Hera Group e Ascopiave have signed the contracts relating to theacquisition of 92% di Asco Tlc da Asco Holding and from CCIAA of Treviso-Belluno.

Hera, through the subsidiary Acantho, and Ascopiave yes were awarded the procedure called by Asco Holding for 37,2 million euros.

The transfer of Asco TLC shares will take place at the closing of the transaction, expected in the first quarter of 2023.

This partnership represents a strategic step in the evolution of Ascopiave's and the Hera Group's portfolio of activities in the IT-TLC sector, in line with the industrial plans of the two groups.

Asco: what does the company do?

Asco Tlc is a company active since 2001 in the provision of ICT services mainly to corporate customers and public administrations, has a territorial network of property located in Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia for over 2.200 km of fiber optic backbones, 56 radio broadcasting bridges and 24 xDSL exchanges in unbundling and supplies its services to over 2.700 customers.
