The Tiscali Board of Directors has established that the price of the shares to be issued with the reserved capital increase of 0,0376 million approved last Friday by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be 13 euros.
The price is equal to the weighted average of the market price of the last 10 working days net of the 10% discount. 314.000.000 ordinary shares will be issued with the same characteristics as the outstanding ordinary shares and without par value.
The shares will be subscribed and issued within seven days from today. After completion of the capital increase, Ict will hold 19,32% of the share capital, Odef 15,12%, Renato Soru 9,14% and Ocil 4,54%.
