Tamburi Investment Partners closed early today the public offer of its 2020 bond loan. This was announced in a press release by the company, listed on the Star segment of the Stock Exchange, which cites "the high demand for securities recorded" .
The offer period began this morning at 9 am. The bond loan – intended for the general public in Italy, qualified investors in Italy and institutional investors abroad – has a total gross amount of 100 million euro, was priced at par and guarantees a fixed rate of 4,75%, paid annually.
The bond will be listed on Mot. The placement was managed by Equita Sim.
