Tim sells 1,8% of Inwit for over 160 million

TIM announces that it has completed Friday 4 December the sale of approximately 1,8% of INWIT's share capital, for a value of approximately 161 million euros, against the exercise of the purchase option by the vehicle company established by Canson Capital Partners (Guernsey) Limited, as per previous communications dated 24 June and 2 October 2020.

TIM thus sells its entire residual direct stake in INWIT, continuing to exercise co-control of INWIT, together with Vodafone, through Daphne 3, a holding company in which it owns 51% and which owns 30,2% of INWIT.
