Tim alongside citizens to spread digital skills in the country. From the correct use of digital tools for managing money to online purchases, to new ways of accessing information, products and services. The new free training courses “Operazione Risorgimento Digitale” start with this objective, thanks to the support of Consumer Associations, the great alliance promoted by Tim and over 30 excellent partners in the public, private and non-profit sectors to close the digital divide culture in the country.

The training course "Digital, aware and safe consumers" starts in November, with free content and webinars aimed at citizens and consumers to encourage the intelligent, safe and aware use of technology. In collaboration with Adiconsum, Adoc, Altroconsumo, Cittadinanzattiva, Codacons, Federconsumatori and U.Di.Con..

In detail, a large section of the webinars will be dedicated to how to access public administration services online, using rights and services in digital format for health, social security or social security practices starting from the services made available by the Agency for the 'Italia Digitale, by SPID and PagoPA.

Furthermore, attention will also be paid to the role of the family, with webinars for parents aimed at promoting the conscious use of the Internet and of devices by children. Finally, a focus for fight fake news, one of the biggest pitfalls on the Internet especially in times of collective emergency where fear can fuel the circulation of unfounded news without control.

Consumers will have the opportunity to seize digital opportunities through various learning areas and to develop the skills necessary to navigate the digital market, as well as avoid IT pitfalls and prevent risky situations, starting from the search for reliable information on the web.

The initiative strengthens the collaborative relationship between Tim and the Consumer Associations, to raise awareness of how digital tools can concretely improve daily activities, in a historical moment of great transformation in which greater updating capacity is required through all communication channels.
