Tim reorganizes the top, new appointments

Changes at the top for Tim. The group announces that the function of Chief Revenue Office is entrusted to Stephen Siragusa (former Chief Technology Officer and currently owns 379.157 Tim ordinary shares).

The new Chief Technology & Operations Office is instead Nicola Grassi, formerly responsible for the Procurement function (and in possession of 260 thousand Tim shares), which in turn is entrusted to Paul Chiriotti (owner of 100 thousand shares).

A Federico Rigoni, who will leave the group by mutual consent, "a severance treatment will be recognized in compliance with the remuneration policy approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 31 March 2021 - reads the note - the assignment therefore qualifies as a transaction with an excluded related party, pursuant to the specific Consob Regulation”.

Furthermore, in Rome, Tim, Vodafone and Wind Tre have jointly launched ad Attack and to the DV Ticketing partner of the Digital Virgo Group the new SMS&GO service, which will allow the purchase of bus and metro tickets with telephone credit. Just send a text message with the word "BIT" to the single number of Atac 48018 and you will immediately receive a message on your smartphone containing a link with the ticket in QRCode format.

The ticket received must be validated on the smartphone by accessing the link and can be used for a ride on the Metro and for 100 minutes on all vehicles within the territory of Rome. The BIT will cost 1 euro and 50 cents, to which is added the cost of the SMS (0,29 euro).
