From 11 October to 14 November 2023 the fourth edition of the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusions, the event dedicated to diversity andinclusion sponsored by Tim, which this year will involve around 400 partners including businesses, universities, associations and non-profit organisations. Here is the program.

4 Weeks 4 Inclusion: the program

The event will open with the "Anatomy of inclusion" event, moderated by Monica D'Ascenzo, journalist from Il Sole 24Ore who will illustrate the news of the 2023 edition through the voices of the representatives of the partner companies. On the occasion of the inaugural day, institutional greetings will be held by Helena Dally, European Commissioner for Equal Opportunities e Alessandra Locatelli, Minister for Disabilities. Among the main guests Peter Labriola, CEO of Tim, Elena Ceccolini, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Operations Manager of Amazon Italy, Camilla Ferrara, Industrial & Energy Technology Europe/SSA Human Resources Director of Baker Hughes, Luciano Sale, HR Director of Fincantieri, Paola Angeletti, Chief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo.

Testimonies on the inclusion of influencers such as Carlotta Bertotti and Francesco Murano, journalists and activists are expected throughout the day.

Even this year Ipsos will contribute to the event by carrying out research on inclusion issues within partner companies. The results will be presented by Nicola blacks (CEO Ipsos) on 12 October, on the occasion of the opening event of 4W4I.

Tim's initiatives for 4W4I

During the event Tim will be the protagonist of some initiatives: on October 24th with the event “Equality cannot wait” there will be a focus on the centrality of this important goal. The appointment with Pietro Labriola and Azzurra Rinaldi, economist, writer and co-founder of Equonomics, will also be an opportunity to launch the new Women+ app and the collaboration between the Tim and DonneXStrada stores, projects that will be detailed in two dedicated days, respectively October 25th and November 10th.

Other events

On the occasion of the company event on 30 October, the insights carried out by Censis on the loneliness theme. On the inaugural day, Work Wide Women will launch "how much do you know about D&I", a game on knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion issues, the results of which will be communicated during the final event, as well as the Meritocracy Forum report, which will make the “Meritorg check” available to partner companies to measure the application of merit in the company. Furthermore, during the marathon, there will be three intercompany days dedicated to specific themes: October 25th Gender gap, October 30th Solitude and November 7 LGBT +.

The individual events of the event can be followed on the dedicated website. Between the news of this edition, the4W4I App where you can consult the calendar and follow each webinar live, in podcast mode and on demand.

Another novelty of this edition is the partnerships with some of the most important events on inclusion (Rewriters Fest, CEOforLife Awards, Accessibility Days, Global Inclusion, Global Thinking Foundation) which will be hosted over the four weeks.
