The Tim Equity & Inclusion Week, now in its third edition, will involve more than 50 employees from eighteen Italian cities with the aim of stimulating debate on the enhancement of diversity.
The event, which will take place throughout Italy with live and online appointments and debates, will also see the participation of representatives of institutions, associations, the academic and entertainment worlds.
Include to innovate, these are the keywords of the third edition which will take place from 11 to 15 December.
A busy schedule of appointments created on the basis of the ideas and proposals of the people who work at Tim on the impetus of their wealth of passions, networks and knowledge and which will see, among others, the participation of Senator Monica Cirinnà, MPs Irene Tinagli and Micaela Campana, the Youtubers "Casa Surace", the writers Piergiorgio Paterlini, Edoardo Segantini, Guido Marangoni.
The meetings will take place in the corporate offices of 18 Italian cities and will be open to all employees invited to
participate to enrich the event with your own contribution.
On the calendar: digital education workshops, generational reverse mentoring, the awarding of inclusive initiatives of the year and also a lottery (in partnership with the Italian Association for Cancer Research) of some important objects made available to the ONLUS by TIM on the wake of the circular economy.
