Sparkle's board of directors co-opted Enrico Maria Bagnasco and entrusted him with the role of Chief Executive Officer. Tim communicates this by specifying that the previous CEO, Elisabetta Romano, Chief Network Operations & Wholesale Officer of TIM, will maintain the role of director of Sparkle.
