Tim, Elliott takes stake: Singer is at 9,5%

The number one of the American fund Elliott, the financier Paul Singer, has a 9,547% stake in Telecom Italia's share capital in his portfolio. This was revealed by the latest Consob communications, which also show that the stake is held as indirect ownership through three vehicles: Elliott Associates Lp, which owns 1,935% of Tim, Liverpool Limited Partnership, with 1,12%, and finally Elliott International Lp, with 6,492%.

The stake, communicated to Consob on 31 January last, was increased compared to last April's 8,848%. In any case, already last week, on the basis of Sec communications, it emerged that the stake had been rounded up to 9,4%.
